Trendmaker Homes will be making the move to Bryson offering unique home designs in our new Sweetwood neighborhood.

Trendmaker joins builders Chesmar Homes, Lennar and Perry Homes in offering new homes in our community but will be bringing something new to the table — designs for homesites measuring 60 feet by 90 feet. No builder has offered homes for properties of this size before but we anticipate they will be very popular.

The builder will be debuting five new floor plans, as well. Homes will feature oversized walk-in showers in the owner’s suite, as well as generously sized covered patios. Two-story designs also will have a downstairs guest bedroom with en suite bath. Sales will begin when the model home opens, which is expected to happen in January.

Each of the homes in Sweetwood will have no backyard neighbors and be located across the street from a planned Leander Independent School District elementary school and the Bryson Amenity Center. Sixty homesites will be available.
