New homes are coming soon to Bryson!
Builders recently received 90 homesites in Bryson — the first of more than 400 that will be released to builders this year.
The newly available lots are 50-foot properties split between Chesmar Homes, Lennar and Perry Homes. Home sales are expected to start immediately.
Chesmar Homes offers gorgeous floorplans ranging between 1,723 and 2,442 square feet. Island kitchens, flex space, generous outdoor living areas and more are features of these dynamic designs.
Lennar offers its Highland Collection of home designs in Bryson. The collection contains designs that deliver between 1,622 and 2,970 square feet of livable space.
