New homes are coming soon to Bryson!

Builders recently received 90 homesites in Bryson — the first of more than 400 that will be released to builders this year.

The newly available lots are 50-foot properties split between Chesmar Homes, Lennar and Perry Homes. Home sales are expected to start immediately.

Chesmar Homes offers gorgeous floorplans ranging between 1,723 and 2,442 square feet. Island kitchens, flex space, generous outdoor living areas and more are features of these dynamic designs.

Lennar offers its Highland Collection of home designs in Bryson. The collection contains designs that deliver between 1,622 and 2,970 square feet of livable space. Of particular appeal is Lennar’s Next Gen® floorplan, featuring an attached suite that has a living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and separate entrance. It’s perfect for owners who want to keep their aging parents near or want a private office space.

Perry Homes’ 50-foot floorplans in Bryson range from 1,800 to 3,000 square feet. These classic designs include comfortable gathering areas, ample storage in the kitchen and other features designed to make life easy.

Regardless of builder, the floorplans have exterior options that showcase Farmhouse, Craftsman or traditional-style architecture.
