Bryson’s newest accolade is a familiar one — Master-Planned Community of the Year.
We received the honor of being “Master-Planned Community of the Year under 600 Acres” at the recent Home Builders Association of Greater Austin’s MAX Awards. We last won that award in 2020, the same year we were named “Master-Planned Community of the Year” at the Austin Business Journal’s annual Residential Real Estate Awards and “Best Overall Community 300 to 599 Acres” at the Texas Association of Builders’ Star Awards.
Like 2020, it’s possible this year could deliver multiple top MPC titles to Bryson as we are named a finalist for “Best Overall Community 300 to 599 Acres” in the Texas Association of Builders’ Star Awards. Winners will be announced July 14.
The MPC Grand Award wasn’t the only award we walked away with at this year’s MAX Awards. We also won “Best Sales Brochure” for the Farmhouse Journal, an award our marketing team won at the 2021 MAX Awards. The Farmhouse Journal is the magazine-quality brochure our builders hand out to prospective Bryson residents. It’s packed with information about our builders, amenities, schools, lifestyle and HOA information, but we went a step further and added a few extras such as hometown facts, décor inspiration and information about the flora and fauna you can find in our community. You can also download the award-winning brochure here.
We were also named a finalist in the “Best Website,” “Best Overall Ad Campaign” and “Best Special Event” categories.
This recognition comes at a busy time for Bryson. Our on-site elementary school opens this August, and Dogwood Park is set to open this fall, offering residents a dog park, playground, gaga ball pit and event pavilion. Also underway in Bryson is the Bryson Ridge Crossing retail center and the Broadstone Bryson apartments. Builders are busy, as well, with hundreds of homesites going to them this year, meaning more home construction.
Interested in our busy, happy, award-winning community? C’mon by — we’d love to meet you!
