Back-to-back Community of the Year awards for Bryson? You better believe it! Hard on the heels of being named “Master-Planned Community of the Year under 600 Acres” by the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin, we received a Star Award for “Best Overall Community Under 600 Acres” from the Texas Association of Builders.
Winning multiple awards is just what we do — we won both of these awards in 2020. Judges are impressed by the unique lifestyle our Leander community offers, a lifestyle that includes rugged nature trails to trapse, wooded overlooks, well-preserved nature areas and a fishing pond where many a young Bryson residents have caught (and released) their first fish.
Designed to fit the contours of the land, our amenity center offers a pavilion, pool, splash pad and fire pit, and hosts weekly resident events.
Also noted was our striking streetscape. Our builders are required to offer homes adhering to Farmhouse, Craftsman and Traditional-style architecture, creating a refreshing community appeal. Many of our builders’ homes were designed specifically for Bryson.
We’re not letting all these awards go to our head. We are constantly working to add enhancements that will make our residents lives more fun, more convenient and more neighborly.
This fall, Carol Ann North Elementary will open in our community. Young North Navigators will be able to walk or ride their bikes safely to this state-of-the-art facility. Humans and furry Fidos are eagerly awaiting the opening of Dogwood Park. The human side will feature a playground, gaga ball pit and event pavilion, and the dog side will offer big and small dog parks. The Bryson Ridge Crossing retail center and the Broadstone Bryson apartments are also coming soon.
We love the love we’ve been receiving from builder associations, but what we really love are the people choosing to make their homes here in Bryson. Will you be among them?
