Perry Homes has opened a new model in Bryson, and it’s turning heads.
“People absolutely love the kitchen,” said Aimee Marino, Perry homes sales representative. “With its massive island and sight lines to the family room, dining area, game room and patio, it truly is the hub of the home.”
The kitchen anchors the new model, Perry’s Plan 2916, but it’s not the only thing impressive about the home. With 2,916 square feet, the home boasts four bedrooms, three full baths, a walk-in pantry, mud room with storage and a three-car garage — all in a single story. Options in the model include an extended covered patio and a wine bar. The owner’s suite is a study of luxury with a vaulted, beamed ceiling and barn door entry into the spa-like master bath. An oval soaking tub centered in the room commands the eye and promises ultimate relaxation.
Tall ceilings, wood-like tile floors, dramatic lighting fixtures and bronze windows add to the model home’s appeal.
“This is a very popular plan,” Marino said. “I especially love it — it’s the exact same plan my family and I live in here in Bryson.”
Plan 2916 is priced from the $490,000s. Perry Homes builds on 50-, 60- and 70-foot homesites in Bryson, with pricing from the $350,000s. Home designs range from 1,800 to 4,000 square feet. Prospective home buyers can tour the new model online or visit in person at 809 Craven Hill.
