“People absolutely love the kitchen,” said Aimee Marino, Perry homes sales representative. “With its massive island and sight lines to the family room, dining area, game room and patio, it truly is the hub of the home.”

The kitchen anchors the new model, Perry’s Plan 2916, but it’s not the only thing impressive about the home. Plan 2916 is priced from the $490,000s. Perry Homes builds on 50-, 60- and 70-foot homesites in Bryson, with pricing from the $350,000s. Home designs range from 1,800 to 4,000 square feet. Prospective home buyers can tour the new model online or visit in person at 809 Craven Hill.
