Chesmar Homes is expanding in Bryson, now offering home designs for 50-, 60- and 70-foot properties.
Several of the 18 floor plans now offered in Bryson are new — including the recently opened model home, which — coincidentally — is named “Bryson.”
“It just so happened we chose to build the Bryson floor plan in the Bryson community,” said Tessa Truair, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Chesmar Homes. “Actually, all of our floor plans are named after family members. Bryson is our closing coordinator’s son.”
With four bedrooms standard, plus a private study, large back patio and an upstairs game room, the Bryson design has been very popular with home buyers, Truair said. There’s even an option for a multi-generational suite.
Unlike other builders, Chesmar does not overload its models with optional features. Rather, they take what buyers spend on average and invest that amount into options for their model homes.
“We want people to visit the model and see a home that they can afford,” she said.
The Bryson model features standard selections for flooring and countertops and optional features such as beamed ceilings, barn doors at the study and painted cabinetry.
Truair said Chesmar opted to not only continue its building program in Bryson, but to expand in the community because her team sees Bryson’s potential and has enormous trust in the developer.
“The local team is extremely involved and on-site and that makes a tremendous difference from a builder perspective,” she said.
Truair — who also lives in Bryson — can attest to other features of the community that prove popular with buyers.
“The trails are great, as are the schools,” she said. “You have wonderful amenities and an enviable location — it’s what everyone is looking for.”
