We’ve been doing a little celebrating over here in Bryson. Why? Because we were just named the 2020 Master-Planned Community of the Year during the Austin Business Journal’s Residential Real Estate Awards luncheon.
The event was held March 12 and recognizes top producers and sellers in the Austin real estate market.
This is the first time we have won the award so naturally we are stoked. The competition was fierce this year and Bryson was up against six other fantastic Austin-area master-planned communities.
We won based on the lifestyle we offer. A lifestyle that includes nature-based amenities that encourage an active lifestyle. One of our most popular amenities is The Backyard Amenity Center, which houses our resort-style pool, uniquely designed playscape, a covered pavilion for communal gatherings, a large stone fire pit overlooking the fishing pond, river splash pad and an event lawn.
A full-time lifestyle director organizes a full calendar of exciting resident-only activities including family “Glampouts,” holiday parties, live music concerts, fitness classes and much more.
