Sometimes when Perry Homes Sales Representative Aimee Marino is showing a home in Bryson to a prospective buyer, she asks her daughter to run a snack over for her client’s child.
It’s no big deal because Aimee and her family live just down the street.
Aimee and her family came to Bryson as a resident before she started selling homes in the community. They purchased a new home (built by Perry, of course!) in June 2019 after finding that Bryson answered their two biggest must-haves — an accessible location and Leander ISD schools. Bryson’s natural beauty and a hometown community lifestyle that brings neighbors together were irresistible bonuses.
“The people here are so genuine,” Aimee said. “The lifestyle director puts on so many events that it’s a great opportunity for people to get together. Plus, everything is so well preserved — there are so many oak trees, the fishing pond is stocked — we just love it here.”
The family had barely gotten settled in when Aimee learned in September that she would not only be living in Bryson, but also selling homes there.
“I was super surprised and super excited,” she said. “The fact that I can personally vouch for the community speaks volumes. Buyers are able to trust where they bought a home and who they purchased it from.”
Aimee says she frequently runs into clients at community events, the local H-E-B and other places nearby.
“You do form really amazing friendships,” she said. “There’s a group of six or seven of us who regularly go to dinner and have become good friends.”
If living and selling in the same community isn’t enough, Aimee will soon be living and selling in the same home – almost. Her home, Perry’s Design 2916, is being built as the new model home in Bryson.
“It’s going to be the same floor plan,” she said.
Aimee has been in new home sales for two years and purposefully chose Perry Homes as her employer.
“I looked into several other builders, but had my eyes set on Perry,” she said. “They have an excellent reputation, are family owned, have a 97 percent customer satisfaction rating and very little turnover in the sales staff.
“You have to love what you offer.”
When not helping people find their new home in Bryson, Aimee enjoys spending time with her husband of two years and staying active with their six children, and getting out and about in Bryson.
